Day 1 Sunday starts off with a wine tasting at Millbrook Winery, followed by lunch, tour and tasting at Crown Maple Madava Farms a state of the art maple producer. Overnight accommodations at the Hampton Inn Poughkeepsie, NY with dinner at the oldest waterfront restaurant.
Day 2 Monday after breakfast we tour the Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park, lunch at the Historic Beekman Tavern dating back to 1766 and end the day with a haunted history tour of the inn.
