Things You Need to Know

Motorcoach Pick-up Locations

  • Millbury: MassPike Park & Ride Lot – junction of Route 20 & Route 146 – Exit 10 A off the MassPike.
  • Shrewsbury: Senior Center, 98 Maple Ave.
  • Worcester: Stop & Shop, 940 West Boylston St. (parking on the left side, away from store)

Parking is at your own risk at the above locations.

Day Trip Information

  • A $25.00 per person deposit is required within 7 days of booking. Fully refundable if trip is And Away We Go Travel.
  • Theater trips may have a higher deposit and theater tickets are non refundable.
  • Final payment for the day trips is 30 days prior to the tour. Theater trips can be 60 days or more prior.
  • A cancel waiver fee is included in the cost of all day trips which allows you to cancel up to 7 days prior to departure for a full refund with the exception of non refundable theater tickets.  After 7 days prior, cost of tour is non-refundable unless the seat can be resold.

Overnight Tour Information

  • Trip deposit for an And Away We Go Travel overnight motorcoach tour is $50.00 per person, fully refundable on And Away We Go Travel’s own overnight motorcoach tours if trip is cancelled by us. If you cancel, some of our overnight tours may have a different cancellation policy assessed by our suppliers. For an air tour,cruise or escorted tour(Collette – Globus for exmaple) the deposit amount may be higher along with a different cancellation policy. Inquire at time of booking.
  • If customer cancels up to 7 days prior  any monies paid will be refunded minus any non refundable items And Away We Go Travel has already paid on the guests behalf for the tour and a $25.00 per person processing fee.
  • After 7 days prior to the trip – no refunds will be given unless the seats can resold.
  • Please note there are times when we have to follow the cancellation policy of our suppliers over our own policy. Other tour companies/cruises etc will have a completely different  cancellation policy.    Please ask at time of booking and cancellation insurance is available through Travel Insured.

General Information

Final payment for an And Away Go Travel one day motorcoach tour is 30 -45 days prior to departure. For And Away We Go Travel’s own overnight tours, final payment is 60 days prior.  For an air tour, cruise, or escorted tour the final payment date may be greater than 30 days prior.  Inquire at the time of booking.

Optional cancellation insurance is available through Travel Insured.  Ask for more information.

All tour prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

Credit card payments are not accepted for And Away We Go Travel’s  day trips or And Away We Go Travel’s own overnight tours.

Tours require a minimum of 40 passengers to operate. All And Away We Go Travel’s own tours are fully escorted.

Transportation provided by a 56-passenger luxury motorcoach. On occasion, a smaller transport vehicle may be used so the tour can operate.

Please note

  • Special dietary or handicap needs must be requested at time of booking.
  • Employees of And Away We Go Travel, Inc, transportation companies, or other vendors are not allowed to physically assist or lift disabled passengers. We suggest that passengers who require special assistance be accompanied by a traveling companion who is capable of providing the assistance.
  • Wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers can be stored in the baggage compartment on the motorcoach.

For travel to Canada

  • Valid U. S. passports are required for all tours to Canada. Canada will deny entrance into their country for persons convicted of DUI or a felony (no matter how long ago).
  • Any passenger denied entry into Canada or re-entrance into the U. S. A. by custom authorities will be left at the border. Travel arrangements home and expenses will be the responsibility of the passenger. No portion of the unused tour will be reimbursed.
  • Traveling to Canada or any other international country by a U. S. citizen will require a passport with an expiration date 6 months or longer from the date the tour re-enters the USA

And Away We Go Travel, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity or expenses arising from strikes, war, weather or acts of God (ex: hurricanes, snowstorms, tornadoes, etc.) that may cause disruption, change of advertised schedule or itinerary, cancellation, or strand individuals on motorcoach tour and/or air tours, including any ship, ferry transportation included in tour, or any other cause beyond its control. And Away We Go Travel Inc. acts only as an agent in operation of suppliers and therefore cannot be held liable for personal injuries, property damage, accidents, delays or other inconveniences that result from said parties.

And Away We Go Travel, Inc. reserves the right to amend the itinerary at any time whenever transportation schedules or other factors make it necessary or advisable. Accommodations, restaurants and attractions stated in itinerary can be subject to change without prior notice.
